4. How to Measure Yourself
Bust/Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your bust/chest while wearing a bra (if applicable).
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline—usually the narrowest part of your waist.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Foot Length: Stand on a piece of paper, mark the tip of your longest toe and the end of your heel, and measure the distance.
