At Fashionrelam.com, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Tags and original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Note: Final sale items, undergarments, and accessories may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate or hygiene-sensitive products

  • Customized or personalized items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email our support team at support@fashionrelam.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll respond with return instructions and the shipping address

  3. Package the item securely and send it back via a trackable shipping method

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider

  • We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style:

  • Return the original item for a refund

  • Place a new order for the preferred item

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us at support@fashionrelam.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the issue and your order number

  • We will prioritize your replacement or full refund at no additional cost

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First check your bank account again

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary)
